KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Working location: Cyberjaya & Dengkil
• Oversee the Car park daily operation included carpark facilities and customers SAFETY.
• Perform basic tasks including scheduled preventive maintenance for all parking equipment, clean facilities and managing maintenance repairs included lights repairing.
• Respond to system alarms/Intercom, equipment faults, or customer complaints.
• Monitor carpark occupancy and ensure smooth traffic flow.
• Perform maintenance check sheets and compilation.
• Prepare monthly maintenance summaries and improvement recommendations.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and standards.
• Oversee the Fire Alarm system and Fire protection system. (SPCJ Carpark)
• Undertake duties as assigned or emergency tasks.
• Support department superior, staff and Managers.
