Technician – IT Operations

The primary objective of this position is to provide comprehensive, high-level technical oversight and hands-on support for both Information Technology (IT) and Operational Technology (OT) environments within the ADC facility

Role Description

This role serves as the critical link between digital data management and the physical infrastructure required to sustain it, ensuring maximum uptime, security, and operational efficiency.

The incumbent is responsible for the seamless delivery of IT services to end-users, encompassing hardware, networking, and server-side operating systems—while simultaneously acting as the primary custodian of site-specific critical systems.
