Technician - IT

Responsibilities

1. Install, configure, and maintain hardware, software, and network systems to ensure smooth IT operations.
2. Provide technical support and troubleshooting for desktops, laptops, printers, servers, and other IT equipment.
3. Monitor and maintain network performance, backups, and security to prevent downtime and data loss.
4. Assist in the setup and support of user accounts, email, and access permissions.
5. Ensure IT documentation and inventory records are accurate and up to date.
6. Collaborate with other departments to support IT projects, system upgrades, and technology improvements.

Job Requirements

1. SPM or Diploma in a related field with a minimum of a years' relevant working experience.
2. Able to converse in Bahasa Malaysia, English, and Mandarin. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
