Job Description
Install, configure, and maintain IoT devices and systems to ensure optimal performance and reliability
Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with IoT hardware and software, and implement effective solutions
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and integrate IoT solutions that meet the needs of our clients
Provide technical support and training to end-users on the proper use and maintenance of IoT systems
Stay up-to-date with the latest IoT trends, technologies, and best practices to continuously improve our offerings
Assist in the development of IoT-related documentation, including user manuals, maintenance guides, and technical specifications
Job Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Technician or a similar role in the Electrical/Electronic Engineering field
