Primary Duties & Responsibilities
- Responsible for monitoring shiftly yield by machine.
- Process control check points ( First Article, SPC, golden unit testing).
- Optimize machine setting. Machine buyoff.
- Reject verification and disposition.
- Run engineering evaluation/DOE.
- Train trainer/operator on new process or new procedure.
Education & Experience
- Diploma in Engineering Technology (Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics).
Skills
- Root cause analysis/problem solving. Process trouble shooting.
- SPC
- Work effectively with other members of Coherent Corp. xxxxx.
- Experience in process engineering.
Working Conditions
- Work on shift.
