Technician I Monitoring Service (Start ASAP)

Responsible for monitoring, diagnosing, and processing refrigeration and HVAC alarms in a 24/7 operations environment for a global climate technologies company focused on sustainability.

Your Role:

Key responsibilities include:

• Performing basic and advanced support for alarm management, including diagnosing, interrogating, and troubleshooting refrigeration and HVAC alarms via customer software.
• Relaying alarm information and other customer requests according to customer specifications.
• Answering inbound and transferred calls, addressing service requests, and confirming work orders.
• Conducting graph analysis and troubleshooting for refrigeration and HVAC alarms for Basic and Resolution Food Retail customers.
