Technician General

• Perform routine preventive maintenance and repairs on hotel facilities and equipment.
• Attend to guest room maintenance requests promptly and efficiently.
• Troubleshoot and repair basic electrical plumbing HVAC carpentry and painting issues.
• Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms public areas and back-of-house facilities.
• Ensure all maintenance work is completed in accordance with health safety and hotel standards.
• Respond to emergency maintenance requests as required.
• Maintain tools equipment and work areas in a clean and safe condition.
• Report major repairs or equipment failures to the Engineering Supervisor.
• Support energy conservation initiatives and maintain accurate maintenance records.
