Technician (Fresh Graduate Diploma Engineering)

Responsibilities

• Perform oven/ chamber preventive maintenance and calibration.
• Able to perform oven repair when downtime.
• Perform burn-in board buy-off, certification, debug and repair.
• Repair and board modifications including de-soldering and soldering the components.
• Having experience with power module reliability testing and electronic test standards
• Compile bench data for analysis and report writing
• Coordinate calibration and repair of tools or instruments
• Purchase electronic components and lab tools/ equipment/ instruments.
• Responsible in board/ probe/ tools inventory tracking
• Promotes and adheres to Company’s commitment on corporate social responsibility.
• Ensure the product qualification readiness is meeting corporate schedule
• Keep cost down by not over stocking parts and components.
• Ensure the oven uptime is above 90%.
