-knowledgeable in the warehouse field. Follow, support and promote process and procedures.

- Assists leaders with maintaining and improving area productivity.
- Solves problems and seeks guidance for moderately complex problems. Follows up on issues throughout the shift.

- Provides effective written and verbal communication.

- Addresses inefficiencies and supports leaders with maintaining quality.

- Provides timely feedback to supervisor when quality issues arise.

- Initiate and participate in the process of standardization.
