Responsibilities
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process to support hiring needs
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements
  • Prepare and post job advertisements across recruitment platforms
  • Coordinate with recruitment agencies and external vendors
  • Track and prepare recruitment, manpower, and attrition reports
  • Maintain employee records in the HR system (SAP)
  • Conduct exit interviews and analyze turnover trends to recommend improvements
