What You Will Do In Your Role

1.Implement die maintenance, then setup die on Machine, inspection to meet quality requirement.

2.Perform troubleshooting and repairs die and report to Engineer when have difficulties

3.Assist Engineer to ensure the overall dies efficiency and schedule adhere to meet company’s goal

4.Work closely with Engineer to carry out repairing and maintenance works

5.Co-operate with QC & admin, die engineer, machine operation to improve quality, material efficiency, delivery on time

6.Control die maintain tool, jig.

7.Clearly understand self’s and section’s goals to make contribution to obtain quality and delivery goals.

The Experience You Will Bring

1.At least 2 years working in stamping workshop- die maintain position.

2.Good knowledge indie maintenance,

3.Can use surface grinding to re-sharp punch & die
