JOB DESCRIPTIONS:

  • Control all of system in building.
  • Preventive maintenance all of machinery can be working all the times.
  • Make a maintenance history of repairing machinery and equipment.
  • Check and control all the machine and equipment by the schedule.
  • Record the operation of the machine.
  • Report list of maintenance machinery and equipment.
  • Solving all of requirement the tenant or co-owner.
  • Any other tasks as assigned.

    • QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Male and Female, age 18 years upward. 
  • Vocation to bachelor’s degree in electrical, Mechanical or related field.
  • Have an experience in maintenance and Office system or condominium.
  • Able to work 6 days per week.
