Champion continuous improvement initiatives in both technical and organizational facets within a KPI-driven, lean maintenance framework. Utilize and expand your expertise in corrective and preventive maintenance. Take ownership of scheduled maintenance and repairs, analyzing errors and developing strategic action plans with your team to prevent future issues.
