HGA Blade Technician 5

As an HGA Blade Technician 5, you are responsible for executing test algorithms in accordance with the standard methodology; ensuring the process objectives and throughputs are achieved in a timely manner; performing daily preventive maintenance checks and first-level failure analysis on the HGA Blade testers; and communicating tester outputs, issues, and other general concerns with peers and superiors.

• Execute standard test evaluation methodologies for the HGA Blade.
• Execute 1st-level failure analysis and track repair activities of blades and tools.
• Ensure that the overall test schedule is religiously followed.
• Perform daily and preventive periodic maintenance on the tester’s functionality and general workstation.
• Ensure all tool PC and workstation PC are updated with IT-compliant software, including Microsoft Windows patch deployment activities.
