Job Description

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Maintain reliability test equipment and chambers, ensuring smooth operation and minimal downtime.
• Perform basic troubleshooting and 1st-level recovery for equipment and tester issues.
• Support equipment setup, buyoff, and verification for new tools and reliability testers.
• Able to operate (e.g., HAST, TC, Vibration Tester, Bend Tester).
• Maintain accurate log sheets, calibration records, and preventive maintenance schedules.
• Collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams (Engineering, Quality, Operations) to support testing needs and resolve equipment‑related issues.
• Ensure adherence to 6S standards, lab housekeeping, and safety protocols.

Qualifications

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Electrical/ Electronics / Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
