Key Responsibilities

  • Executes the necessary preventive and corrective maintenance.
  • Support PCT supervisor to investigate PCT loop failures. (Including instrument, calibrations, wiring and IO equipment, basic operation of DCS and PLC)
  • Support PCT supervisor to check if the PCT installations are kept in an optimal condition.
  • Support PCT supervisor to investigate problem from Motors and MCC.
  • Able to access and understand the instrument datasheet and loop wiring in SPI database, in order to solve maintenance problems.
