Sustains the wafer level trim and standard probe process by validating wafer visual mechanical defects and breakdowns due to process-induced issue and misprocessing of lots; provides disposition based on specs requirements or limits; accomplishes the target performance metrics required by the manager; performs regular audit to ensure compliance to the current specs; and reports discrepancy on existing specs or procedures vs. the actual practice.
