Analyze the Canadian Defence & Security (D&S) sales landscape and collaborate with project teams and regional Business Development teams to identify and implement coordinated upselling strategies throughout the lifecycle of contractsLead and close sales opportunities in collaboration with Site and Project Managers, working within multidisciplinary engineering and business strategy teamsDevelop Statements of Work (SOWs), technical solutions, cost estimates, governance frameworks, and proposalsBuild and maintain a network of internal stakeholders across global product and solution teams to establish and lead Integrated Project Teams (IPTs) for targeted sales opportunitiesEngage with clients to understand requirements and present tailored, value-driven solutionsApply structured sales methodologies to identify opportunities, achieve annual sales objectives, and increase revenue from existing contracts
