Role Overview

You’ll be responsible for creating, maintaining, and evolving high-quality documentation and educational content that empowers our users to understand and use our product effectively. This includes user guides, release notes, onboarding materials, FAQs, and in-app help content. This role is remote and based in the Philippines.

Key Responsibilities

  • Write, edit, and maintain clear, concise, and user-friendly documentation for product features, workflows, and updates.
  • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Professional Services and the Customer Education & Support teams to gather information and ensure documentation accuracy.
  • Create and update onboarding materials, tutorials, and help center articles.
  • Develop content strategies for new feature rollouts and ensure timely documentation updates.
