Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather information and ensure accuracy and clarity in documentation. Review and update existing documentation to reflect process changes and regulatory compliance. Ensure all documents follow organizational standards for format, style, and quality. Support training and operational teams by providing clear and concise procedural guides. Maintain version control and proper documentation storage for audit and reference purposes. Identify opportunities to improve documentation processes and streamline knowledge sharing. Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in technical writing, specializing in business operations policies and procedures for the US Healthcare domain Qualification: Graduate (Any discipline)
