- Documentation Maintenance: Updating, maintaining, and archiving existing documentation to reflect product changes, bug fixes, or new features.
- Information Gathering: Studying product samples, reviewing technical specifications, and interviewing subject‑matter experts (SMEs) to understand the subject.
- Audience Analysis: Analyzing the target audience to determine appropriate, accessible, and clear language tailored to their technical skill level.
