Job Description
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- Grade 12 and relevant qualification or certification
- Previous working experience as Technical Writer or a similar role in a software development environment
- Previous working experience in the creation of technical documents for software products, which may include text, diagrams, workflows, and visuals
- Previous working experience in the review and refinement of existing technical documents
- Good understanding of the SDLC and software development
- Strong working knowledge of MS Office, specifically Advanced Word

- Excellent writing, editing, and research skills
- Strong problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail
