Technical Writer

Responsibilities Develop and deliver technical documentation for financial software systems while adhering to agreed terminology, style guide, and editorial quality standards. Responsibilities: Provide our customers (internal and external) with quality documentation within a defined timeline Create, update, and edit functional, technical, and user documentation Work closely with Product, Business Analysts, Development, and QA to gather detailed requirements Edit presentations Requirements: Minimum 4 years’ experience as a technical writer in a computer software company Excellent technical writing skills with technically complex documentation experience Ability to extract information from very busy Subject Matter Experts Ability to utilize different documentation tools in order to create and compile the documentation Excellent English writing skills Microsoft Word expert an advantage Madcap Flare knowledge is an advantage Financial background an advantage Personal Skills and Characteris...
