Job Summary
The Operations Document Control Technical Writer is primarily tasked to support all departments within Operations to design, develop, and sustain operations documentation including Standard Operating Procedures and relevant documents that define approved procedures. This is achieved by implementing an effective document control process, working closely with operation leaders to best support their round-the-clock operation needs, and the management of a collaborative information technology platform. The Technical Writer is also expected to participate in frontline operations and to always maintain an accurate in-depth understanding of each operations department to be able to make the best possible decision to support each element of our operations division.
