JOB DESCRIPTION Communicate and collaborate with subject matter experts to understand the requirements. Structure complex information into an organized and logical format. Convey complicated ideas into simple instructions for international users. Apply topic-based authoring and content architecture techniques to produce easy-to-use manuals. Manage and use budgeted time and resources to produce expected results without delays. JOB REQUIREMENTS Diploma/Degree in Computer Engineering, Computing (Software Engineering), Computer Science Diploma holders with relevant technical writing work experience will also be considered. At least 3 years' experience in writing technical documents or manuals for software or related products. Experience in authoring and publishing content for external customers.
