Chief responsibilities of this position include designing and maintaining procedural material (P&P, Job Aids, Decision Trees, etc.) for the business unit.
The source information is gathered from Subject Matter Experts, where the individual appropriate for this role would then use their expertise on wordsmith, formatting, process flow, and information-mapping to create a clearly written, user-friendly tool that both a seasoned employee and a new hire could follow.
The candidate for this position should be able to work independently and within a team environment. Organization and project management skills are integral to success in this role. The individual will be expected to work with our internal business customers to ensure the content continually aligns with the business objectives. The ability to develop and maintain, collaborative relationships with customers and within the team is expected.
