HIRING FOR OUR CLIENT, RECRUITMENT MANAGED BY EPG.

Our client is modernizing Sales, Marketing, and BDR Operations documentation and preparing for an upcoming Salesforce CRM migration. The Technical Writer will create, revise, and standardize process documentation, how-to guides, and system instructions. This includes both current-state content creation and post-Salesforce-migration updates.

You will work closely with the Senior Technical Writer / Documentation Lead, SMEs across Sales, Marketing, and BDR Ops, and the Salesforce migration team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Produce clear, accurate, structured process documentation
  • Rewrite outdated content using approved templates and style guides
  • Translate SME interviews, workflows, and operational rules into step-by-step guides
  • Create materials such as how-to guides, process flows, quick references, and system instructions
