About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Technical Writer Intern to support the creation, organization, and improvement of our technical documentation. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience translating complex technical concepts into clear, user-friendly content.

• Location: Hybrid: 3x in office Marquês de Pombal

• Duration: 3 months

Key Responsibilities

Assist in creating and updating:

-Help Center articles

-Feature documentation

-Onboarding guides

-Release notes

-Internal process documentation

Work closely with Product Managers and Engineers to understand new features

Translate complex product functionality into clear, customer-friendly documentation

Support documentation for integrations and APIs (where applicable)

Help structure and maintain our knowledge base
