YOUR EXPERIENCE

● Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Technical Communication, English, or equivalent

experience in a software development role combined with technical writing.

● Technical writing experience for complex B2B SaaS solutions, with demonstrated

familiarity in software development, user personas, and tailored documentation.

● Proven experience creating technical documentation with tools such as MadCap Flare (or similar

desktop-based authoring tools), HTML, XML, and Javascript.

● An understanding of or experience practicing a Docs as Code framework (e.G., version control,

plain text authoring).

● Exposure to or experience with version control systems (e.G., Git) and lightweight markup (e.G.,

Markdown), demonstrating an adaptability towards modern documentation practices.

● Familiarity with project management tools (e.G., Jira, Confluence) and API documentation too...
