Required Skills & Experience Technical Writing & Documentation: Proven experience preparing technical documentation for enterprise software, integrations, or implementation projects. Diagramming: Proficiency in tools such as Lucidchart, Visio, <a href="http://Draw.io" rel="noopener nofollow noreferrer" target="_blank">Draw.io</a>, or equivalent for creating low-level and network diagrams. API Documentation: Hands-on experience documenting REST/SOAP APIs, including authentication and error handling.
