  • Create and Maintain Core Documentation: Draft, edit, and update comprehensive user guides, administrator manuals, and onboarding materials for our platform and solutions. (e.g., Risk Management, Incident Response, Crisis Communication).

  • Produce Release Notes: Partner with Product Management to document new features, product updates, and bug fixes in clear, user-friendly release notes tailored to enterprise administrators.

  • Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs): Interview software engineers, product managers, and security experts to understand deeply technical features and translate them into accessible content.

  • Manage the Knowledge Base: Organize and structure the customer-facing documentation portal to ensure high searchability, logical navigation, and a seamless user experience.
