About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Technical Writer to support the creation and optimization of our technical documentation. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transforming complex technical information into structured, clear, and user-friendly documentation.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in creating and updating:

-Help Center articles

-Feature documentation

-Onboarding guides

-Release notes

-Internal process documentation

Work closely with Product Managers and Engineers to understand new features

Translate complex product functionality into clear, customer-friendly documentation

Support documentation for integrations and APIs (where applicable)

Help structure and maintain our knowledge base
