The Role:
  • Gather information from team meetings, product specifications, interviews with subject-matter experts, and direct interaction with systems.
  • Create DITA XML-based documentation for early access and initial GA versions of the product.
  • Maintain and update product documentation for multiple software versions as the product changes.
  • Gather and address feedback from multiple sources.
  • Work independently and rapidly to meet tight deadlines.
    • Required:
  • Familiarity with storage concepts.
  • Substantial experience with creating DITA XML-based documentation.
  • Experience using Git and GitHub for version control.
  • Ability to comply with style guidelines.
  • Excellent writing and grammar skills.
  • Ability to communicate with cross-functional partners located in multiple teams and different geographies
