About the Role

We are looking for a Technical Writer to join our team at Responsive.io. In this role, you will be responsible for creating, managing, and improving product documentation to enhance user experience. You will collaborate with product managers, engineers, and designers to produce high-quality content that makes our products easier to understand and use.

Essential Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and enhance product documentation, including user guides, API documentation, FAQs, and release notes.
• Work closely with product managers, engineers, and UX designers to understand product features and translate complex concepts into clear, user-friendly content.
