Team Overview

The Technical Writing Senior Analyst plays a key role in shaping how teams communicate complex information—governing technical content, developing high quality materials, and ensuring alignment with organizational standards and messaging. In this role, you will report to the Sr Lead of Technical Writing. This is a hybrid position and involves regular performance of job responsibilities virtually as well as in-person at an assigned TU office location for a minimum of two days a week.

Content Development

Write, edit, and format moderately complex technical content—including user guides, reference materials, policies, procedures, online help, presentations, forms, and eLearning materials—to meet corporate standards and audience needs.

Research, analyze, and document processes, tools, applications, and regulatory information to ensure accuracy and completeness.
