Technical Writer

Key Responsibilities:

• Research, write, and edit technical documents such as user manuals, installation guides, system manuals, and FAQs.
• Collaborate with product developers, engineers, and other stakeholders to gather technical information.
• Organize and structure content to ensure clarity and usability.
• Create visual aids such as diagrams, charts, and screenshots to complement written content.
• Review and revise documentation based on feedback from technical experts and end-users.
• Maintain and update existing documentation to reflect product changes or upgrades.
• Ensure documentation meets company standards, style guides, and regulatory requirements.
• Manage multiple documentation projects and meet deadlines.
• Assist in creating training materials and presentations if needed.
