Technical Writer

TECHNICAL WRITER REQUIREMENTS:

  • Must possess a Mid-Level to Senior-Level amount of professional experience in Technical Writing – Exemplary writing skills
  • Expert level knowledge using MS Suite applications specifically Microsoft Word
  • Proven knowledge and understanding of ServiceNow from a Writing perspective
  • Experience working with Visio for creating written diagrams
  • Critical thinking, collaboration, knowledge of IT, knowledge of IT asset management
  • Ideally Financial Services industry experience or Banking

    • TECHNICAL WRITER RESPONSIBILITIES:
