Technical Writer

We are looking for a Technical Writer who excels at understanding how software applications work and translating that knowledge into clear, user-friendly documentation. In this role, you will create high-quality user guides, help center articles, release notes, and internal product documentation that support customers, internal teams, and product adoption.
This role is centered on product and user documentation, not marketing or promotional writing. This position does not require deep engineering-level technical expertise. Instead, we need someone who is curious, detail-oriented, and strong at learning new software quickly. If you enjoy exploring applications, mapping user workflows, and simplifying complex concepts for everyday users, this is the role for you.
This is a contractor position through the end of the project.
