Technical Writer

We are looking for a
Technical Writer
who excels at understanding how software applications work and translating that knowledge into clear, user-friendly documentation. In this role, you will create high-quality user guides, help center articles, release notes, and internal product documentation that support customers, internal teams, and product adoption.

This role is centered on
product and user documentation
, not marketing or promotional writing. This position does
not
require deep engineering-level technical expertise. Instead, we need someone who is curious, detail-oriented, and strong at learning new software quickly. If you enjoy exploring applications, mapping user workflows, and simplifying complex concepts for everyday users, this is the role for you.

This is a contractor position through the end of the project.
