Technical Writer

We require an experienced Technical / Document Writer to support a key project within a Utilities environment.

You will focus on reviewing, updating and creating Work Instructions and operational documentation that will be relied on by field workers, customer-facing teams and operational staff.

About the Role

You will work closely with Business SMEs, Business Analysts and Change Managers to ensure documentation accurately reflects process and system changes across multiple business areas, including metering, billing, field services, asset & operations, customer operations and contact centres.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review and update existing Work Instructions, procedures and operational documentation
