MAIN PURPOSE

OF THE JOB:

Support the profitable growth initiatives of Health and Employee Benefits, Group Credit Life and Emerging Customers segments through strategic group underwriting of new business and renewal portfolio.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

·Provide appropriate risk assessment, risk management, and premium rate setting support that will meet premium income and profit objectives. Work closely with the actuarial and pricing team to identify areas for improvement in pricing assumptions and pricing techniques.

·Determines and/or approves appropriate rating for accurate pricing.

·Generates competitive pricing of proposed plans based on either customized or standard schedule of benefits with consideration on the overall profitability of accounts.
