Drive team success at Intact as a Technical Training Unit Manager in a hybrid mode. Lead and develop trainers to enhance claims employee onboarding and improve learning effectiveness.

Joining the Claims Learning & Development team, you will manage and inspire a group of trainers focused on delivering top‑notch technical training. This role emphasizes collaboration and continuous improvement while acknowledging the specific operational needs of the Quebec and Atlantic regions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop a motivated team of trainers

  • Collaborate with L&D; team for consistency across regions

Requirements

  • 4–5 years of management experience
  • Robust understanding of claims operations in Quebec and Atlantic
