Technical Training Project Manager

**Description**

Leidos is seeking a Technical Training Project Manager who serves as a technical subject matter expert and project manager for analyzing, designing, developing, implementing, and evaluating training and performance improvement projects, collaborating with stakeholders and project teams to provide process and technical training and performance improvement solutions. This role is responsible for developing project plans for training and performance improvement initiatives; collaborating with stakeholders across the organization to ensure buy-in and transparency as projects are executed; and teaching courses in person and virtually. As a technical subject matter expert, this role provides feedback on command media (policy/process) content and updates and supports implementation and change management when processes are deployed or updated.
