Job Description

The Technical Training Manager plays a critical role in driving employee performance and operational excellence by designing and delivering technical training programs across IT, business operations, and contact center teams. This role ensures that employees are equipped with the necessary skills, tools, and knowledge to meet evolving business and customer needs, while fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.


Training Strategy & Development

• Develop and implement a strategic training roadmap for IT, business support, and contact center functions.

• Conduct skills gap analyses and collaborate with department heads to identify training needs.

• Design and update technical training materials, SOPs, and e-learning modules tailored to various roles (e.g., developers, analysts, agents, team leaders).
