Job Description

The Technical Training Manager is responsible for designing, implementing, and managing after‑sales technical training programs to ensure the technical competency of dealer networks and third‑party partners in line with VinFast’s global standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop training strategies, roadmaps, and annual training plans for after‑sales technical functions in alignment with VinFast’s product portfolio and market expansion.

  • Develop, localize, and continuously improve technical training content; ensure the quality, accuracy, and consistency of all training materials across markets.

  • Deliver technical knowledge transfer programmes through online and/or in‑person training sessions for dealers and third‑party partners.

  • Build, develop, and manage internal technical trainers, including classroom observation, competency assessment, and periodic teaching qualification reviews.
