Job Description
The Technical Training Instructor directly reports to the Manager – Technical Training. Likewise, Technical Training Instructor has the authority to prepare for, facilitate and document completion of training within the scope of his/her authorization.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible for preparing, conducting, and evaluating technical training programs. Writes literature and materials to be used in programs and designs exercises to enhance lectures.
He / She is responsible for facilitating training courses as assigned based on his authorization and ensure appropriate conduct of the subject.
Shall ensure complete and proper documentation of all the training conducted.
He / She is responsible to determine updates on the training curriculum and presentation as applicable, prepare and formulate accordingly. Must ensure the quality and consistency of course content throughout a course life cycle.
