Technical Training Instructor - Industrial & Process Automation

Role Overview

As part of the ISA Services Delivery team, the Technical Training Instructor is key to delivering impactful Schneider Electric product training to a wide range of audiences, including employees, customers, and partners. Serving as a Subject Matter Expert for EcoStruxure products, this role actively drives the development of new training content and supports project execution and service delivery.

Responsibilities

• Utilize and continuously improve learning delivery tools and methods.
• Prepare and maintain ISA virtual machines and training environments.
• Stay up to date with industry best practices (facilitated learning, communities of practice, digital learning formats).
• Maintain deep expertise in Schneider Electric EcoStruxure solutions.
• Deliver technical training via virtual and in-person formats.
• Support learners before, during, and after instructor‑led and self‑paced sessions.
