Job Summary
The primary responsibility of the Technical Trainer is to train employees in all IES training, standards, certifications, and industry best practices.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
· Develop and train required technical skills for IES employees within a specific program, branch or department
· Conduct training needs assessment by collecting information pertaining to work procedures, workflow, and reports, understanding job-specific functions and tasks
· Evaluates training by assessing effectiveness of training to specific job applications
· Maintains quality service by establishing and developing program specific standards
· Implement training processes and best practices that add value and improve business performance
· Ensure all personnel have required access and understand what their role requires within the systems that IES functions in
