Are you a passionate and experienced Senior Authorised Person (SAP) or Authorised Person (AP) eager to inspire the next generation? We are looking for a knowledgeable individual to join our training team at our Tipton or Taunton Training Centre.

In this exciting role, you will report to a Technical Training Delivery Manager and lead engaging operational training courses. Your responsibilities will include not only teaching but also collaborating on the design and development of innovative training programmes that utilise interactive blended learning solutions. You will play a key role in enhancing our training assets and facilities, working closely with subject matter experts to ensure our training meets the evolving needs of our workforce. You’ll deliver training to apprentices, new hires and operational staff.
