Job Summary

Delivers high-quality technical training and support on Cummins products, engines, systems, and service tools to distributors, dealers, customers, and service personnel. Responsible for enhancing technician capability, repair quality, product knowledge, and customer satisfaction through effective training delivery, technical support, and continuous improvement initiatives. Acts as a subject matter expert in engine systems, fuel systems, diagnostics, aftertreatment technologies, and service support tools.

Key Responsibilities Technical Training Delivery

  • Deliver instructor-led and hands-on technical training programs for distributors, dealers, service technicians, and customer personnel.

  • Develop and execute training plans aligned with business and service capability requirements.
